Q: Will feathers poke through the pillow and scratch my face?

A: No. GUVAR down pillows are thoughtfully designed to prevent feather poking and leakage. We use premium 2–4 cm white goose feathers in the supportive inner chamber, which is further enclosed with a durable 120 GSM fabric layer. This multi-layer construction helps keep the filling securely contained while providing exceptional comfort and support.

Q: Will a down pillow lose its loft over time?

A: Yes. Like all natural down products, down pillows may gradually lose some loft with regular use. This is completely normal. To restore the pillow's original fluffiness, simply place it in a dryer on low heat for about 10 minutes, or allow it to air out in sunlight occasionally. Regular fluffing helps maintain optimal comfort and support.

Q: Will the down comforter leak feathers or down?

A: No. Our down comforters are designed with a premium baffle box construction that helps keep the down filling evenly distributed while minimizing shifting and leakage. Q: Can I wash my down pillow and down comforter?

A: Yes. Both our down pillows and down comforters can be cleaned by following the care instructions provided with the product. We recommend using a gentle wash cycle with mild detergent and thoroughly drying on low heat until completely dry. Proper care will help maintain the loft, softness, and performance of your bedding for years to come.
