I've bought so many 'down' pillows that ended up being mostly feathers with sharp bits. This one is different. The pure cotton cover is thick and soft, and the filling is clearly high-grade white goose down. No black spots at all.

The 3-layer construction is the real deal. It gives it a bit of weight and structure that cheap down pillows lack. My neck feels much better in the morning.
