Perfect thickness and very soft cotton.
Product seems okay and it is quite plump, but the outer packaging was completely damaged upon arrival. Better shipping protection needed.
The pillow is fine and the down quality is good, but the package was ripped when it arrived. The delivery service was quite careless.
